I would like to know which material can I use to build the frame for a solar panel please? I need to setup a factory here in SOuth Africa.

There are different types of solar cells but the traditional solar cell (so to speak) used for high power applications is made out of monocrystaline silicon. The best place to purchase them is through auction sites like EBAY, especially if you are a beginner. You can get some good prices on kits that have everything you need including solder, bus wise, flux, etc. I'm not sure if you want to build a solar cell or a solar panel? You won't be able to build a solar cell that you can really use to generate power but you can build one as a project like I show you here: How to Build a Solar Cell.
